At The Femme Bohemian, we’re all about making your experience as delightful as your favorite coffee date! Here’s everything you need to know about our return policy:

  1. Products: Don’t love your new goodies? No worries! You have 14 days from delivery to return them for a full refund. Just make sure they’re in original packaging and condition.

  2. Custom Art & Embroidery: Our custom and embroidery hoop art is as unique as you! These pieces are non-refundable unless there’s an unexpected issue. We promise they’re awesome!

  3. Ready to Return? Simply contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll guide you through the process quicker than you can make weekend plans!

  4. Refund Process: Once we approve your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Shipping costs aren’t included in the refund.

  5. Return Shipping: For products, return shipping is on you unless we made a mistake. Oops, sorry about that!

EU Customer Policy: If you’re located in the EU, you can return items within 14 business days. Items must be in original condition, and return shipping is on you.


Defects:
If you receive a defective product (excluding damages from shipping mishandling), please contact us within 2 days at info@thefemmebohemian.com. Include images and a description of the issue. The defective product must be returned in its original condition, and shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Since each piece is handmade, exchanges or replacements are not possible.

Note: Color variations are not considered defects due to monitor settings. We take great care in documenting and describing each piece’s colors.


Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is delayed, hang tight! It may be held in customs but will still arrive. For lost packages, contact your local post office. Once shipped, The Femme Bohemian is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

Be sure to check your package before signing for it. If it’s clearly damaged, refuse it! Customs may open packages for inspection, but they’ll reseal and stamp it before delivery.


Returned Packages:
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or undelivered item, we’ll email you. No refunds will be issued, and you'll need to repay the shipping costs for re-delivery.
