✨ Local to our market area? You can choose Market Pickup at checkout when we have an active market session available.

If this option appears during checkout, it means we are currently booked for an upcoming market.

• You will select your pickup date at checkout
• Orders must be picked up at the selected market event
• You will receive a confirmation email with event details

Please note:
Market pickup is only available during active market sessions and will not appear if no upcoming events are scheduled.

If an order is not picked up at the selected market, we will contact you to arrange shipping (additional shipping charges may apply).

✨ FREE SHIPPING on orders over $150 CAD (Canada only)
Orders under $150 CAD will see shipping options at checkout.

Estimated Delivery: 3–9 business days
Tracking included (except lettermail).

📬 Femme Happy Mail (Lettermail)
Some smaller orders such as stickers may ship via Canada Post lettermail. This option does not include tracking.

All orders ship from Saint John, NB, Canada 🇨🇦

• Embroidery Hoop Art: 2–3 weeks processing time (each piece is handmade to order)
• All Other Products: 1–3 business days

We pack every order ourselves with care.

Every order is wrapped with love, tissue, and all the cute vibes.

✨ A little free gift is included in every order — because you deserve a surprise 💕

Tracking is included on most parcel shipments.
If you choose untracked lettermail, tracking will not be available.

💌 Femme Sticker Club

Femme Sticker Club is our monthly sticker subscription filled with cute new releases, exclusive club picks, and limited little extras.

Subscribe by the 10th of the month to receive that month’s sticker mail. Subscriptions placed after the 10th will start with the following month’s mailer.

Femme Sticker Club ships around the 20th of each month by untracked lettermail unless otherwise stated.

Sticker selections are a surprise, but each month will focus on fresh designs so you’re getting cute mail that feels new and special.

You can cancel your subscription before your next renewal date. Once a monthly subscription has renewed and the month’s sticker mail has been prepared, that month’s order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

Once a parcel is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the shipping provider. However, we’re always happy to help you open a claim if needed.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 5 days with photos so we can assist.
