If this option appears during checkout, it means we are currently booked for an upcoming market.

• You will select your pickup date at checkout
• Orders must be picked up at the selected market event
• You will receive a confirmation email with event details

Please note:
Market pickup is only available during active market sessions and will not appear if no upcoming events are scheduled.

If an order is not picked up at the selected market, we will contact you to arrange shipping (additional shipping charges may apply).

✨ FREE SHIPPING on orders over $150 CAD (Canada only)
Orders under $150 CAD will see shipping options at checkout.

Tracking included (except lettermail).

All orders ship from Saint John, NB, Canada 🇨🇦

• Embroidery Hoop Art: 2–3 weeks processing time (each piece is handmade to order)
• All Other Products: 1–3 business days

📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

Once a parcel is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the shipping provider. However, we’re always happy to help you open a claim if needed.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 5 days with photos so we can assist.
